Probability and why this was selected INDIVIDUAL ASSIGNMENT 1 MGMT 8370 SEC 3 & 9 PROF SHAILA ARNAHA 2 SCOPE STATEMENT It is October 5th, 2020 and you are a member of the Conestoga College Students Incorporated (“CSI”), responsible for planning a College-wide talent show to celebrate the end of the COVID-19. CSI is volunteer-led and decided to organize a talent show to showcase the abilities and diversity of staff and students. All proceeds generated by the event will be directed to the student food bank. The fair must be held indoors, but a venue has not yet been secured. The team has completed a preliminary planning meeting and developed an initial scope statement including milestones (see below).
